The Science of Happiness is the ultimate guide of how you, week by week, can change your life view and thought process to achieve a permanent state of happiness.
Without being to technical The Science of Happiness introduces concepts like belief and spirituality from a scientific perspective, which gives a clear and tangible understanding of what it means to be in contact with your higher-self and the shared consciousness of the universe. The book is in two parts, the first part is a textbook where the reader will learn about spiritual understanding and what happiness is. The second part is the practical application of joy, happiness and gratitude into the readers life. Each part is subdivided into chapters, which each take a week to read and implement. Each chapter contains tools, meditations and exercises which will help the reader to understand what makes us into happy or unhappy people.
